Important Notice
- This package does not include the ticket to the show. To make use of the VIP benefits, a ticket for the event is required.
- You must have the event ticket to enjoy the benefits of the VIP Upgrade Package, including Meet & Greet, Photo session, Early Access to Merch, and VIP laminate.
- Even if you are unable to participate in the Meet & Greet due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
- Please be aware that VIP packages implemented overseas may differ slightly in content.
- The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
- The laminated pass for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.
- Please receive the laminated pass for the benefits at the venue on the day of the performance.

① Early Access to Merch
The merchandise stand will be available exclusively for VIP customers from 16:00 - 17:00. You will need to show your VIP ticket to access the merchandise stand.
16:00 - 17:00 Available exclusively for VIP customers
17:00 - 17:45 Available for all the ticket holders
18:00 Doors Open
※There will be a priority lane for VIP customers from 17:00 - 17:45

② Early Entry to the Venue
VIP ticket holders will have priority entry into the venue from 18:00.
③ Exclusive VIP Laminate
You will receive the laminate at the venue on the show day.
④ Exclusive Meet & Greet with ATC / Individual Photo with ATC
Meet & Greet / Photo shoot will take place after the show. Please do not leave the venue and queue up at the designated area. You will need to show the laminate to participate in the Meet & Greet.
The M&G photo download link will be provided at the venue on the show day.

The only official sales channels for this concert are the links provided on this page. We do not guarantee admission with tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party channels.
There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.

- Door and show times are subject to change.
- Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
- Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
- In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
- Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form
Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
