CANCELLATION / REFUND NOTICE
We regret to announce that the ILIZA Hard Feelings Tour Japan show planned for July 24th at Yamano Hall will no longer be proceeding due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any disappointment.
Customers who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund at the point of purchase from July 21st to August 31st. Please see below for the details of refund.

I’m heartbroken to share that, due to a last-minute logistics issue for the Tokyo show, it will not be happening. I want you to know we tried EVERYTHING to do this show, because this performance in Tokyo meant a lot to me. The promoter will be in contact regarding refunds. I promise I’ll get there, so please be patient while I work to find a new date to get back to Tokyo. I am so sorry and just as upset as you are. I can’t believe this happened.

- In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
- Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
