We regret to announce that 2024 KNOWKNOW《STREET BEETHOVEN》WORLD TOUR PART 1 planned for February 19th at The Garden Hall (Tokyo) will no longer be proceeding due to unforeseen circumstances. We apologize for any disappointment.

Customers who have purchased tickets will receive a full refund at the point of purchase from January 26th to February 29th. Please see below for the details of refund.

Important Notice regarding VIP Ticket

• The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
• The sound check is scheduled before the door opening. Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the sound check event. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the main event.
• Group photo session will be scheduled before the door opening. The number of participants in a group photo session with the artist will be 2. It will not be individual photograph.
• Even if you are unable to participate in the sound check event or group photo session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
• When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
• During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
• Please be aware that VIP packages implemented overseas may differ slightly in content.
• The laminated pass for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.
• Please receive the laminated pass for the benefits at the venue on the day of the performance.

• Tickets must be purchased through the official ticketing companies listed on this website. Admission cannot be guaranteed for tickets purchased through other unofficial websites such as Viagogo or Stubhub.Please note that we will not provide any support even if the tickets purchased through unofficial sites don't arrive by the performance date or any other issues.
  
• Tickets will not be reissued for any reason, such as damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Tickets are required for admission to the venue. You can't be enter the concert with purchase history, etc. Please keep the ticket and do not lose them after issued.
