- Please be aware that the VIP upgrade tickets are non-refundable under any circustances. Even if you purchase VIP upgrade tickets only and are unable to acquire event tickets, we cannot provide a refund for the VIP upgrade package.

Important Notice
- This package does not include the ticket to the show. To make use of the VIP benefits, a ticket for the event is required.
- You must have the event ticket to enjoy the benefits of the VIP Upgrade Package, including Meet & Greet, Sound Check, and VIP laminate.
- The sound check is scheduled before the opening. Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the sound check event. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the main event.
- The number of participants in the group photo session with the artist is not yet determined. It will not be individual photography.
- Even if you are unable to participate in the sound check event or group photo session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
- Please be aware that VIP packages implemented overseas may differ slightly in content.
- The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
- The laminated pass for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.
- Please receive the laminated pass for the benefits at the venue on the day of the performance.

② Meet & Greet for a photo opportunity with a professional photographer
Sound Check and Meet & Greet (with photo session) will take place before the show. Please come to the venue before check-in time. The schedule is as follows:
16:00 - 16:30 VIPs check-in start / Please come to the venue entrance
16:30- Sound Check Starts
17:00- Meet & Greet (with photo session) Starts
18:00 Doors Open
※Entrance order will be according to the number on the VIP ticket
※Please note that you might not able to join the sessions if you don’t make it to the starting time.
※Please leave the venue after Sound Check and Meet & Greet.
※All times are provisional and subject to change.
★Meet & Greet (with photo session)
-Meet & Greet and photo session will take place right after Sound Check. Meet & Greet will start as soon as the artist and venue are ready, therefore the starting time is subject to change.
- Meet&Greet photo session is taken by a professional photographer.
- A download link for the photos will be provided at the venue on the show day.

③ Priority entry into the venue
VIP ticket holders will have priority entry into the venue from 18:00.

- Door and show times are subject to change.
- Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
- Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
- In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
- Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
For Wheelchair Users
Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form
Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
