Baggage inspections will be conducted with metal detectors at the entrance for this event. Entry may take some time, so we kindly ask that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

We kindly ask all fans not to bring or send gifts, letters, or other items for the artists or the band. Unfortunately, the tour is unable to accept such items, including those delivered via the venue. Please note that the venue staff will also not be able to take custody of gifts on behalf of the tour. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Taking photos and videos with professional cameras, handy video cameras, and tablets are prohibited. The use of smartphones and personal compact digital cameras is allowed. However, any photography or recording for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Absolutely no flash. No transmission or broadcast whatsoever may be made. Please be mindful not to disturb other customers when taking photos and videos with smartphones.

Waiting for the artist's arrival or departure around the venue, including overnight stays, is strictly prohibited. Any accidents or incidents resulting from such actions must be resolved between the involved parties. The artist, promoters, and venue will not take any responsibility. Please note that if any inappropriate or malicious behavior is observed—whether inside or outside the venue, and regardless of whether it occurs on the day of the performance or in the days leading up to it—entry to the venue may be denied, and in some cases, the matter may be reported to the police and the individuals involved may be handed over to the authorities.　
Solicitation or sales activities, including charity collections, without prior consent are also strictly prohibited.

We will have a controlled exit after the show to reduce congestion and protect the audience's safety. So please follow the instructions of the staff and leave slowly.

Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. You need a ticket for entry. You cannot enter with your purchase history or purchase confirmation email.
We do not guarantee admission with tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party channels, such as Viagogo or Stubhub. There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.

At Tokyo Dome, umbrellas are not allowed inside the venue, except for foldable umbrellas that can be stored in a bag.
Please refrain from bringing umbrellas when coming to the venue.

Umbrellas cannot be stored or checked in at the entrance, even if you bring one.

• For safety reasons, individuals using wheelchairs are required to use the designated handicap area. Customers wishing to view the performance in a wheelchair should purchase an S seat ticket and apply to the organizer. Only one accompanying person is allowed in the handicap area, and they will also need a ticket. 
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the performance, travel and accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) to the venue will not be reimbursed.
• Cancellations, refunds, or changes for reasons attributable to the customer are not permitted after ticket purchase.
• Please note that some seats may require viewing while seated for part of the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase S ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.
