  • Regardless of the above, any items prohibited by law or deemed dangerous for security reasons are not allowed to be brought in.
  • We are unable to hold prohibited items at the entrance. If necessary, please store them in nearby coin lockers in advance.

Baggage inspections will be conducted with metal detectors at the entrance for this event. Entry may take some time, so we kindly ask that you arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Taking photos and videos with professional cameras, handy video cameras, and tablets are prohibited. The use of smartphones and personal compact digital cameras is allowed. However, any photography or recording for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Absolutely no flash. No transmission or broadcast whatsoever may be made. Please be mindful not to disturb other customers when taking photos and videos with smartphones.

Waiting for the artist's arrival or departure around the venue, including overnight stays, is strictly prohibited. Any accidents or incidents resulting from such actions must be resolved between the involved parties. The artist, promoters, and venue will not take any responsibility. Additionally, please note that if any malicious behavior occurs, entry to the performance may be denied, and offenders may be handed over to the police.

●About Tickets
 • Ticket sales will close once the allocated number of tickets for the presale is sold out. In that case, there will be no general on-sale, so please be aware in advance.
 • Ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 4 tickets per person per show date for presales, and maximum of 4 tickets for general sales. However, for box seats, you may purchase tickets corresponding to the seating capacity.
 • Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including damage, loss, or forgetting to bring them on the day of the event. A valid ticket is required for entry — entry cannot be granted based on purchase history or confirmation alone. Please store your ticket safely once it is issued.
 • Entry with tickets purchased from unofficial sources such as Viagogo or Stubhub is not guaranteed. There have been cases in the past where customers who purchased tickets through unofficial sites did not receive their tickets in time for the show. Please note that the organizer cannot provide support in such cases.
 • Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
 • Refunds will only be issued in cases where the organizer cancels the event or determines a specific condition qualifies for a refund. 
 • We cannot accept any cancellations, changes, or refunds due to personal reasons after purchase. If the event is held as scheduled, we cannot provide refunds or changes due to inclement weather or disruption of public transportation.
 • In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the performance, travel and accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) to the venue will not be reimbursed.


●About Seating
 • Depending on the stage production, some seats may have obstructed views.
 • Please note that depending on your seat, you may be asked to remain seated during the performance.
 • In some cases, you may be asked to move to a different seat due to unavoidable circumstances such as venue setup or equipment installation.
 • Guests using wheelchairs are required to use the designated accessible area for safety reasons.
If you wish to watch the show in a wheelchair, please purchase an S-seat ticket and contact the organizer in advance.
Only one accompanying person is allowed in the accessible area, and the companion must also hold an S-seat ticket.
Please note that space is limited.


●Venue Entry and Behavior Guidelines
The organizer strictly prohibits the following actions during entry and within or around the venue:
 • Acts of violence, intimidation, stalking, or any other form of harassment toward artists, staff, or other attendees.
 • Filming or photographing other attendees, staff, or performers without consent.
 • Unauthorized photo or video recording that violates the organizer's policies.
 • Actions that disrupt the operation of the event or disturb other attendees.
 • Throwing objects or using flashlights, lasers, or similar devices that may interfere with the performance.
 • Taking photos or videos from seats other than the one assigned to your ticket.
 • Shouting, heckling, or making loud or disruptive noises.
 • Causing offensive odors from clothing, belongings, or body.
 • Disregarding staff instructions, entering restricted areas, or otherwise interfering with event operations.
 • Loitering inside or around the venue, blocking entrances, walkways, or roads, making loud noises, or engaging in other disruptive behavior.
 • Attending the event while excessively intoxicated.
 • Engaging in commercial activity, religious solicitation, or political campaigning in or around the venue.
 • Making remarks or behaving in a way that is offensive to public order and morals.
 • Any other disruptive behavior as defined by the organizer or venue management.
If a guest is found to be engaging in any of the above prohibited behaviors, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove the individual from the venue without prior notice. In such cases, the ticket will be invalidated and no refunds will be issued.
The organizer may also deny future entry to individuals who have been removed for such conduct.
For safety and smooth event operation, staff may request to inspect clothing, bags, and belongings at any time before or during entry. Please comply with any such requests.
The organizer, performers, and all related parties will not be held responsible for any accidents caused by violations of these rules.


●Other
 • Door and show times are subject to change.
 • Please use public transportation to get to the venue. In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
 • The organizer assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items at the venue.
 • Cameras and video equipment may be used to film and photograph inside the venue during each performance. Please be aware that audience members may appear in the footage, which may be used for promotional purposes or commercial products.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a S ticket and apply as follows from the contact form 

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
