The priority lane will be available throughout the opening hours of merch stand.

The photobooth will be available from 15:30 until end of the day. You will need to show your VIP ticket or VIP laminate to take a photo in front of the backdrop.
※Only VIP ticket holders are allowed. Non-VIP ticket holders cannot accompany them.

- One drink charge will be required at the door.
- Children under age 6 cannnot enter the concert.

- The content of the benefits is subject to change without prior notice.
- "Photo opportunity in front of the VIP backdrop to celebrate your evening" does not include a photo opportunity with the artist.
- The order of entry into the venue will be VIP → general guests. All entrance order will be based on numbers written on the tickets.
- Sound check event and Q&A session are scheduled before the doors open at the moment. Details regarding the VIP event schedule will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in sound check event and Q&A session.
- If you are unable to participate in the sound check or Q&A session due to personal reasons, we will not be able to provide a partial or full refund.
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- Please note that the event content is subject to change at short notice. Even in such cases, partial or full refunds of the ticket price will not be made.
- The laminated pass for the benefits is a souvenir. Entry to the venue and backstage is not permitted with this laminated pass.
- During the event, we request that you take personal responsibility for managing your valuables.
- Please be aware that VIP packages implemented overseas may differ slightly in content.
- The only official sales channels for this concert are the links provided on this page. We do not guarantee admission with tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party channels.
- There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.

- Door and show times are subject to change.
Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance. - Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue. - Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
For Wheel Chair Users
Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form.
Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
