Date: Tuesday, October 17 / Wednesday, October 18, 2023
Venue: Tokyo Ariake Arena (Merchandise: Sub-arena)
Meet at: Tokyo Ariake Arena Sub arena VIP check-in desk
Early-access to merchandise: 14:00-15:00
VIP Check-in starts: 15:30
VIP Soundcheck starts: 16:30
Check-In:
Please gather in front of the dedicated VIP check-in desk by the designated time. Once check-in is complete you will be escorted into the venue.
VIPs have early access to merchandise from 14:00 to 15:00. If you wish to shop, please do so before checking in. After the VIP event, you will have access to the priority lane during general merchandise sales.
*Please arrive on time, as late arrivals cannot be guaranteed access to the soundcheck event.
*For the soundcheck event, you will be seated according to the reference number printed on your VIP ticket. The order is not on a first-come, first-served basis. The reference number is different from the seat number on your concert ticket.
*Once the pre-show performance with Charlie ends, you will be asked to leave the venue. After the doors open, please show your concert ticket and re-enter through the general ticketing gate.
ID check:
At check-in, you will be asked to show your 1) concert ticket of the day, 2) VIP ticket, and 3) Photo ID.
*If the date on your VIP ticket does not match the date on your concert ticket, your VIP ticket will be considered invalid. Please be sure to check the date on your tickets.
Photo ID: Driver's license, passport, my-number card (not notification card), student ID, resident registration card, disability certificate, alien registration card, etc.
VIP Merchandise:
The merchandise included in the experience will be handed out at the time of check-in. Merchandise must be picked up at the venue, it will NOT be mailed. If you arrive late, please pick up at ‘I’M WITH CHARLIE’ PACKAGE gift exchange.
*Each VIP laminate is commemorative. It does not grant any backstage or special access within the venue. Please be sure to wear the VIP laminate during the soundcheck event.
Guidelines:
• Resale, transfer, or ownership change of VIP tickets is prohibited.
• Each package purchased is valid for one entry into the VIP experience.
• If you have purchased multiple VIP tickets, please check in with your accompanying guests.
• We do not offer refunds, unless we cancel the event.
• Please DO NOT bring gifts for Charlie into the VIP experience. Any gifts that are brought will be collected at the time of check-in.
• During the experience, you may take pictures with your own smartphone. However, selfie sticks and tripods are prohibited.

- If you live outside Japan or wish to purchase tickets on English page, you may apply for the tickets through the dedicated links below.
- The pre-sale will be held over several periods. Please click on the appropriate link for each period to proceed to the purchase page.
- All the pre-sale will be held on lottery basis.
- Payment is by credit card only.
- All tickets will be picked up at 7-Eleven stores throughout in Japan. If you currently reside overseas, you can pick up your tickets when you come to Japan to attend the concert. Please note that we do not mail tickets to your address.
- The venue has a dedicated area for wheelchair users. To attend the show in a wheelchair, please purchase an S ticket and apply for the handicapped area using our contact form. Please be aware that for safety reasons, even if you have a ticket other than S, you will need to use the handicapped area. One person is permitted to accompany the wheelchair user to the handicapped area, and the escort must also have an S ticket.
*IMPORTANT*
- The only official sales channels for this concert are the links provided on this page. We do not guarantee admission with tickets purchased through unofficial 3rd party channels.
- There have been a number of cases where tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels have not arrived by the time of the performance, preventing admission to the show. Please understand that the organizer cannot provide any support in such cases.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Door and show times are subject to change.
- Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
- Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
- Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
- In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
- Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.
