One of the benefits for VIP Upgrade Ticket, "Individual Photo with Johnny Orlando" will be held earlier than the door open (6:00pm).

The details of schedule will be announced on this website as soon as it is decided.

Johnny Orlando, the 20-year-old Canadian pop star who has been called "the next Justin Bieber" or "the next Shawn Mendes", will perform in Japan for the first time!

He will come to japan as a part of "The Ride Tour" with his debut album released last year and his new project "The Ride".

※This package DOES NOT include the show ticket.

※Please be aware that the VIP upgrade tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Even if you purchase VIP upgrade tickets only and are unable to acquire event tickets, we cannot provide a refund for the VIP upgrade package.

① 1 Individual Photo with Johnny Orlando

Individual Photo Session will take place before the show. Please come to the venue before check-in time. The schedule is as follows:

16:00 - 16:30　VIPs check-in start / Please come to the venue entrance
16:30 -　           Individual Photo Session Starts
18:00               Doors Open

※Entrance order for the photo session will be according to the number on the VIP upgrade ticket
※If you come after 16:30, you might not be able to participate the photo session.
※Please leave the venue after Individual Photo Session.
※All times are provisional and subject to change.

▼Important Notice Regarding the Photo Session
・Staff will take photos using your phones or cameras. Please be aware that you cannot participate the photo session in case you forget your phone or the battery runs out.
・There are many participants and the session time is limited. Please finish the session immediately if the staff ask you to move on.
・No photos and recordings are allowed during the photo session.
・Autograph is not allowed.

②Early Access to the Merchandise Counter 
You can purchase merchandise after the photo session. The merchandise stand will be available exclusively for VIP ticket holders from 16:30 - 17:00 at the entrance of the venue. General merch presale will start after 17:00 but there’ll be a priority lane for VIP ticket holders as well.

③ Commemorable VIP Tour Laminate 
You will receive the autographed laminate at the venue on the show day.

• Door and show times are subject to change.
• Tickets will NOT be reissued for any reason, including damage, loss, or forgetting the ticket on the day of the performance.
• Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.
• Please use public transportation to get to the venue.
• In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
• Please note that some seats may be difficult to see the stage depending on the performance.

Customers using wheelchairs must use the designated handicap area for safety reasons. For customers who wish to view from a wheelchair, please purchase a ticket and apply as follows from the contact form 

Only one accompanying person is allowed to enter the handicap area. The accompanying person also needs a ticket. Additionally, please be aware that space is limited.
