- The order of entry into the venue will be VIP "STAR CLUB" → VIP "EARLY ENTRY" → general guests. All entrance order will be based on numbers written on the tickets.
- Timing for group photos with LANY has not been determined yet. Please make sure that you can manage the time before you buy a ticket. Each group will be around 10 people. It's not an individual photo session.
- Only those who purchased THE "STAR CLUB" PREMIUM VIP PACKAGE can participate in the group photo, sound check event, and Q&A session. People who purchased THE "EARLY ENTRY" FAN PACKAGE cannot participate those activities.
- Sound check event and Q&A session are scheduled before the doors open at the moment. Details regarding the meeting time will be provided to ticket purchasers through email or on the event page. If you arrive late for the designated entry time, you may not be able to participate in the group photo, sound check event and Q&A session. In such cases, you will be allowed to enter the venue from the regular opening time of the main event.
- Even if you are unable to participate in the group photo, sound check or Q&A session due to personal reasons, we cannot provide a partial or full refund of the ticket price.。
- When participating, please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure a smooth operation. If the staff deems it necessary, you may be asked to leave the event.
- Please note that the event content is subject to change at short notice. Even in such cases, partial or full refunds of the ticket price will not be made.

- Transferring tickets to a third party, reselling tickets for commercial purposes, or selling tickets at auction is prohibited.

- In the event that the show is canceled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for travel and accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) to the venue.
